Need a location to host your event? The Monrovia Community Festival building is available! The larger banquet-style room is perfect for celebrations and features a small stage. For groups looking to meet, the small meeting room has tables and chairs ready for your gathering. The building also has two restrooms and a kitchen for use. The entire building is available for use during the rental. Renters may use the building until 11pm on the rental date. The Rental Fee is $150 + $75 deposit to use. You are required to pay the $75 deposit to reserve the desired date. The remaining balance will be due on or before the date of the rental. For more details, see the contract below. |
Large room is 1500 sq. feet with a small 100 sq. ft stage. Chairs and tables (non-matching) are available for you to use. Maximum capacity of 100 people. |

Ready to rent?
If the date you want to request is available, submit a Rental Request Form. There is an e-signature on the rental request that you agree to the contract. If your request is accepted, you will be contacted to pay the deposit fee for your rental. If you have previously rented our building, please be aware that we have updated our rental agreement. Make sure you read it before you request the building.
